St. Brenda United FC — proudly known as St. Brenda Utd — is a community-driven football club based in Newbridge, County Kildare. Playing at the historic Station Road Ground, the club stands as a symbol of unity, ambition, and passion for the beautiful game across Kildare.
Founded with the vision of building something truly representative of local spirit, St. Brenda Utd brings together players, coaches, and supporters from every corner of the county. What began as a grassroots project has evolved into one of the region’s most promising footballing movements — built on hard work, community involvement, and pride in the badge.
Our Mission
St. Brenda United’s mission is simple yet powerful: to unite Kildare through football. We believe that sport has the ability to bring people together — to create opportunities, inspire the young, and strengthen community bonds across generations.

Community and Development
St. Brenda United FC isn’t just a football club — it’s a movement built by the people of Kildare, for the people of Kildare. Through school programs, local partnerships, and open training initiatives, the club actively works to nurture a love for the game among young players.
Our club hosts regular coaching camps, youth development sessions, and outreach events that promote health, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We aim to ensure every child in Newbridge and beyond has a place to play, learn, and belong.
